This was my first supernatural experience in years. I knew there had been suicides in the building I currently live in, but I didn't think much of it. There's also a daycare or something nearby and I frequently hear children when I walk by. But this wasn't from them, I'm sure.
Where I am, we have communal showers in the bathroom. I left my room to take a shower, wearing a towel shower shoes and carrying my shower caddy with the shower supplies. I got in the shower and turned on the water as usual, not expecting anything odd. I was the only one in the bathroom at the time. It was dark outside and the daycare was closed.
I had washed my hair and was rinsing it when I heard it. Clear and distinct. It was two children laughing. From the pitch and tone, it was definitely kids. And they seemed happy. Very young too. I don't know what to make of it. I haven't heard them again yet. This was about a week ago.
